“Public Hearings on the Zoning Amendments addressing SHORT-TERM RENTALS planned for August 25, 2022 will now be held September 22, 2022, due to the required ad publication timeline. The hearings will not be conducted on August 25, 2022, however, the status of the moratorium will be addressed at the council meeting of August 25, 2022. An ad for the hearing of September 22, 2022 will be published at least 15 days but not more than 45 days before the Public Hearing. First reading of the proposed ordinances is planned for September 22, 2022, with second reading and final adoption of any approved changes conducted on October 13, 2022. All hearings are planned for the regularly scheduled council meetings.”
