Meet Caroline Antonacci

Caroline Antonacci is a luxury real estate advisor specializing in historic Savannah and the greater Lowcountry lifestyle, offering clients a refined, globally informed approach to buying, selling, and investing in one of the South’s most distinctive markets. Based in historic downtown Savannah, where she lives with her family, Caroline is deeply connected to the city’s architectural beauty, vibrant culture, and timeless charm. She also serves clients throughout Bluffton and Hilton Head — markets where deep family roots and ongoing involvement have shaped a meaningful connection to the Lowcountry.

Before transitioning into real estate, Caroline practiced law for over twelve years — an experience that continues to shape her strategic mindset, negotiation style, and meticulous attention to detail. While she built a successful legal career, she ultimately recognized that her true passion lay in real estate — where architecture, investment strategy, and client advocacy intersect. Today, she brings that legal foundation into every transaction, offering clients both sophisticated guidance and steady counsel throughout complex negotiations.

Known for a strategic, design-forward perspective, Caroline blends market expertise with a refined aesthetic sensibility shaped by years of experience in luxury interiors, development, and entrepreneurship. She guides clients through every stage of the real estate journey — from historic residences to redevelopment opportunities — helping them understand both the lifestyle value and long-term potential of each property.

Born in Montreal and internationally minded, Caroline brings a global perspective shaped by living and working in New York, Boston, Dubai, and most recently San Francisco. Her well-traveled background allows her to connect naturally with relocation clients and those seeking a highly personalized, elevated real estate experience in Savannah and Coastal South Carolina.

In addition to her work with homeowners, Caroline is an active real estate investor who collaborates with investors from across the country to identify compelling investment and redevelopment opportunities throughout the region. Her experience evaluating value, vision, and market momentum provides clients with a distinct strategic advantage — whether purchasing a primary residence, a second home, or an income-producing asset.

Caroline believes there is something truly extraordinary about Savannah and Coastal South Carolina — a rare convergence of history, design, community, and relaxed sophistication that continues to draw people from around the world. She is passionate about helping clients discover not only exceptional properties but also a lifestyle that feels both grounded and inspiring.

Outside of real estate, Caroline enjoys exploring Savannah’s historic streets, engaging in design-focused projects, and spending time with her family while continuing to deepen her connection to the communities she serves.
